Padjen will help you find the significance in your breath. There is so much power we hold in our breath, and many ways to use it to benefit our mind and body.
She will also help you find your connection with nature, specifically with water. We will find peace and serenity in the ocean, and also that piece of yourself you need to let go and surrender to it.
Padjen loves working with beginners to guide them on their journey to connect with the ocean and themselves.

Through art, therapeutic & spiritual tools she will help you discover powerful keys to become the creator of your life and allow you a deep mind-body connection.
On a day-to-day basis, she never ceases to learn and transmit concrete tools that make it possible to live a more aligned life.

The circle size is limited to 10 women to honor each persons presence, to allow the whole circle to form an intimate bond, and for the workers to take care of the group.
Retreat prices start at 2100 USD which includes transfer to/from retreat, 6 days, 5 nights at Jungle Bay all meals & fresh juice included.
500 USD deposit is required at booking.
